@Valerie Decker Create a dynamic list with the criteria:
e.g
Prospect has received 1 email in the last 600 days
(This will become your suppression list)
Create another dynamic list:
Email includes @ (this is everyone in Pardot)
AND
Prospect is not on the suppression list above
This will give you a list of everyone who hasn't been emailed within the last 600 days PLUS anyone who existed in the system longer than 600 days.
