I am new to pardot and need some guidance. I have 6 thousand duplicates in pardot and i am looking for best practices for cleanup and configuration duplicates. I need to confirm duplication cleanup does not affect CRM.

@Souraj Ganguly To clean up duplicates in Pardot there is no native functionality. But @Trevor Krieg said you can use the duplicate rules in Salesforce to flag out records which are duplicates.
If you want to find out about the duplicate things then you can export whole pardot database & will have to use excel tolls to find duplicates.
There is no other way by which you ca find duplicates in Pardot.
