In my organization we have set Manage Currencies and everything works well. Except for the VND Currency Exchange, somehow the system do the opposite calculation. Instead of dividing the VND/USD or EUR will do a multiplication
The settings are all correct and it is strange that only happens with the currency.
Does someone have any idea how to solve it

1. do you have any automation built on amount field?
2. Help confirm if the exchange rate defined in screenshot is the same you have defined in
"Dated exchange rate" and "Manage currencies" page of salesforce.
