We use salesloft book meeting CTA in emails. Wanting to know, how can we track when a prospect books a meeting using that link?

Hi @Prabhneet Bhambri. I've had a similar request in my company recently which I've been working on a solution for. I am working on the assumption that you have Salesloft and Salesforce integrated and therefore have the 'Most Recent Cadence - Cadence Name' field present on your lead and contact objects.

What I would suggest is that if your meetings booked CTA emails within Salesloft are part of a particular cadence, you can use a flow to check for when a meeting has been booked as a trigger against the lead/contact record based on the 'Most Recent Cadence - Cadence Name' field. This solution would also require a field to track meetings booked within Salesforce. We use a checkbox to track meetings booked against leads and contacts.

I have recently built a flow which checks for a meeting being booked against particular cadences (our use case is for ABM cadences) and then it takes the value of the cadence name and transfers it onto a similar field in the Campaign Member object - as we track meetings on a monthly basis and use the lead and contact object, so the only way to consolidate reporting is through the use of campaigns.

This is how the flow has been configured:
