My company is looking to assign trails to our users, but whenever we do they do not receive them, nor do they receive any notifications that they have been assigned any trails. I am completely lost and all resources I've been able to find online are not helpful. Please may I have some tips? What is the easiest way of assigning trails to new users, please?

How would I go about creating the Flow to send an email notification to the user when they are assigned a trailmix, please? I've had a go myself just now, but I am lost when I am asked to provide a Label and API Name... Please see the attached screenshot for a better view.
