I have created a form in typeform platform and I have then embedded it in marketing cloud landing page. Now I have to get the data that is acquired from that landing page form to be displayed in Pardot using Pardot form handler. I am stuck in this question. Is anything like this is possible and how?
I am stuck and not getting where to put form handler link and action of form in the typeform forms as they have their code in a different format.
@Priyanka Bagpatia Ok, start by explaining to us if you are using Marketing Cloud why would you need to pass data to Pardot? You can capture any data with Marketing Cloud sync to the Lead or Contact object and then if you "also use Pardot" let the data be synced or available in Pardot for anything you want to do, but is redundant to have both solutions.
But if you still want to use your Typeform, use Zapier if not then you will need to find out if Typeform allows you
- Define a third-party POST URL
- Change the data label on all the fields to match what you have defined on the Pardot form handler, yes Pardot requires that the data label is identical as well as the data type
- There´s a high percentage that Typeform will not allow to do that
- Then would be better to include a hand-coded HTML form on your Landing Page to achieve the result
But still the first question is important, why to use Parfot if you already have Marketing Cloud
