- I have entered and saved the about me section about 6 times.
- I've logged out and in and
- what I entered does in fact show up in the about me section
- it also shows up on the feed that details updating records....
but when I go to check my challenge - i am told: "Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1. We can't find anything in the about field on your profile. Double check the requirements and try again."
Please let me know where I have gone astray - or what I have missed... Thanks so much! Seasha
After a couple of times failures again I tried and follow this method to solve this challenge. This is how I solved this problem:
First I went to the Salesforce Chatter Application from App Launcher --> Then Clicked on the People tab --> From the list view I have Chosen All Users --> Then I clicked on my Name --> Then from the top right corner I clicked on Edit option and entered the following details as per the challenge requirement. I just copied and paste the about from the challenge requirement.
Finally, I successfully win the challenge. Hope this will help you to win the challenge also.
