· In SF or in Pardot?
Pardot overwrites SF salutation fields
· Could change rule so that it will be most recent changed record
o Could use data loader in SF to make changes
· Could keep rule
o Way to update multiple records in Pardot at one
o Admin -> Import -> Prospects
