How to Add application name in the slack "Approve" and "Reject" message template

Hi all,

 

How to add application name in the slack  "Approve" and "Reject" message template. Below is the reference screen.

Display the application as below :

 

Sook Fung is requesting approval for account (Sales)

 

How to Add application name in the slack

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Jonathan,

     

    Approval in a slack triggering application.

     

    For Example 

      I have a "Sales" application in salesforce org. I created an account record and click "Submit for Approval" and then received the approval in slack like below.  

     

    Hi Jonathan, Approval in a slack triggering application. For Example I have a

     

    so display  "Sook Fung is requesting approval for account (Sales)" instead of 

    "Sook Fung is requesting approval for account"  in the above screen.
