How to send Slack approvals (i.e., Approval or Reject) from a particular application from Salesforce Org?

Hi All,

I have two applications (i.e., App1 and App2) in salesforce org. Whenever I click "Submit for Approval", approval in slack (i.e., Approval or Reject) should be sent to Slack from App1 only. If I click "Submit for Approval" from App2 then system should not send approval request to slack.

Please suggest me, how to configure and solve this issue.
