We have landing pages that go to pardot via form handler which then gets synced to Salesforce. The weird thing is, it seems like one pardot lead is creating two Salesforce leads within a matter of minutes (sometimes two leads are created in the same minute) and then the second one creates a second pardot lead. Our Salesforce dedupe flow is not catching this (perhaps too many Salesforce automations) as it seems to be deduping part of the time/when I manually create.

Another quick idea is that form handler initially sent to a queue and automation sent to same queue which is redundant, but not sure if/how things are affected.

This is not easy to debug. Any ideas?

Ex. Of one user as an example of what happens:

6:27 lead gets into pardot  via website form sending to pardot form handler

6:29 two leads are created In Salesforce  6:30 one of the leads is updated and new pardot lead is created.

Has this ever been resolved? We're having the exact same issue, except with person accounts.
