From what I read below, it seems that standalone Pardot will remain as is.
Pardot's legacy application at pi.pardot.com is remaining intact and accessible to all customers with the same classic UI.
Is the standalone Pardot app being discontinued?
No. Although we encourage all users to migrate to the Pardot Lightning app, the standalone Pardot app (available at pi.pardot.com) remains available to all Salesforce customers.
