Sometimes, my UTM values are not copied correctly from the page visits. For reporting, I would like to manually add/edit the fields.
Is there an opportunity to do this?

You cannot edit the values from the GA connector fields.
You need to create your utm fields as custom fields and call them in your forms as hidden. By doing that you'll be able to edit the fields values, and you'll not be dependent to GA cookie consent from the visitor.
