On a Custom Object I have 1 user who's not able anymore to user the Chat Function. Next to that, when he clicks on the Activity Tab, the Activities do not show up.
I compared it with other users who use the same profile, but they have all these features active. I guess it must be an issue with his personal settings? Can anyone help me with this issue?
I've checked all the permissions sets. Everything OK there. I've checked as proposed the Sharing Rules > default read/write for our Stock Object.
The strange thing is that it's only 1 user who has this issue, and only on that object. He has acces to the chat function and activities on all other objects. His colleagues, whith the same profile, have access to the chat function on our Stock Object.
Other things I could check on user level?
