Hi everyone, I have a doubt that is blocking me. I have activated the integration between Salesforce and Hubspot but we must avoid that Salesforce can create the accounts and pass them to Hubspot even though we have the synchronization of companies active in the integration settings, do you know how this is possible? Are you looking for Salesforce to not create accounts in HubSpot? Additionally, are you looking for HubSpot to create Accounts in Salesforce?
Based on my interpretation, it sounds like you would like to keep existing records in sync and not create new Accounts or Companies moving forward. If this is the case, update the Salesforce Profile for the HubSpot Salesforce integration to remove the "Create Account" permission. This will disallow HubSpot from creating Accounts.
If you would like to hide Accounts in Salesforce from HubSpot, update the Profile permissions to hide that object in Salesforce.
