Hi we are working on the hubspot and SF integration. After we finalize the integration, the integration user kept updating the status of the task for every single task which is updated on Salesforce ( to not started). The tasks related to the contacts which do not exist in Hubspot also being updated. I have checked with Hubspot but they said it should be the setting issue from SalesForce. Does anyone know if this could be triggered by the SF setting and how to fix it. Thank you.
Hi @HubSpot Admin - is this still an issue? The tasks should sync through from HubSpot as completed. If that's not happening, you can use a Flow in Salesforce to trigger every time an activity is created by the Integration user to set the Status to Completed. If you're using HubSpot to create tasks that are actual tasks to be completed by Sales/Account Management, you'll want to filter the flow to just focus on HubSpot Marketing Tasks (ie - Subject Starts with Sent, Opened, Viewed, Submitted, etc).
