Hi,
I'd like to understand which Salesforce career would be great for me? I have a technical background as a Software Developer for 8 years and then as an Automation tester. I left the IT world and ran my own business. I understand what CRMs are and also understand their need in business.
I haven't personally used Salesforce as a CRM tool so don't know the technicalities but I'm sure once I start the journey I will be able to grasp everything quicker.
Right now, I don't know whether I should start learning the administrator course or the Consultant course.
My aim is to have a consistent stream of income while enjoying the technology. I don't want core development work but more of creative and consultancy side of it. Anything that can land me a decent job to start with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
