Unable to Complete Trailhead

I have redone this trailhead multiple times and every time I do it (being very careful to follow everything step-by-step), I continuously receive the message, "Step not yet complete in Brave Bear Playground

We found a problem with the 'Fully Operational Battle Station' process. Make sure that you've activated your process, and that when the Weapons Status field is updated to 'Fully Operational', the 'Project Status' field is updated to 'Complete'."

I have posted multiple times to chatter but it still says this every single time. What do I do?
