Could anyone share their experience using Health Cloud without putting Patients/Members in #Person Accounts? What limitations (if any) have you experienced by diverging from the recommend Account model for #HealthCloud.

I investigated this some time ago and was advised that you should be using Person Accounts for patients/members and that the Individual data model should not be used in Health Cloud.
The driving reason being that all related features since 2019 are tied to Person Accounts rather than the traditional Account/Contact model, so you'll be building on functionality that is already missing out on features and these will only grow with time.
