I had 3 cases by default showing; I changed the Number of records to display to "5" but it didn't change the display, it still just showed 3 cases. Therefore, I couldn't pass this course; here's the error message print shot:

Thank you so much for this. It WORKED! I was extremely careful not to miss any step. Your suggestion to clean the browser cache is what made me pass and move on to the next training. I appreciate your insight! :-)
