I am trying to build a workflow, where the case status is changed if it is 'on hold' and its been on hold, for 2 hours for example. I created a Date/Time field that takes the NOW() time when the status is set to 'on hold'. I built a flow which is triggered whenever a record is created or edited, so if the date/time field is less than NOW() within 2 hours, the status will be changed to 'work in progress'. It seems I am missing something, help me please, what is it?

appologies you would need a field to update or an apex trigger for that to work.
