We couldn’t find any instructions in your macro that contain a Submit action. Edit your macro in Macro Builder and make sure that you click Send on the Email action.

Hi AMAN ,
Please perform following steps:
From Service Console app open respective Macro and click 'Edit Instruction'. In Macro Builder click 'Email' then click 'Send' in the canvas. After that 'Submit Action' will populate under right side Instruction section. Then click on 'Save' button and recheck your challenge.
