Hi Everyone! I was hoping someone would be able to provide some great insight to help me with the set-up of this notification, through Workflow Rules.
We have a field that looks at licence overages which is synced from our platform daily. Currently, each time the field is updated with each sync, the system sends this notification (I assume as I have it set to Eval criteria: "Created & every time its edited"
However, when I used the "Created and edited to match the criteria" there were not any emails being sent.
Are you able to help please?
First you need to add same condition which one you are using in workflow and add email alert.
One step back, I just check prior values does not work with schedule flow. So you need to check same condition which one using in flow.
