Hi Community,

recently i activated a 'work plan' object for my project, and work plan has already showing in my mobile apps.

my target is to make some work step status set to 'In progress' when some question is not filled ( i'm created a custom flow when complete this work step).

in my flow i've added an 'update records' which update status to in progress, but in actual apps that not working, i guess it's because the standard button always set status to complete.

can i add new button for this action?

add new action or button in Field Service Mobile

notes :

1. for completing a work step click three dot button to open option

2. list available for this work step. (i want to add a custom action/button in here so i can custom set the status)

Thanks

So I was able to accomplish by creating a Quick Action on the Work Step, naming in in Progress, included the Status Field on the Quick Action Layout, and then defaulted the value of the status field to in progress.  I added the quick action to the Quick Actions in Salesforce Classic Publisher actions section of the applicable layout, cleared the cache in the app, killed the app,  then re-opened.

End result was from the Work Step, clicked the 3 dots, selected 'In Progress', selected save.

    Screenshots below, Hope this helps!
