Hi guys, am I able to send a Pardot email from an email address which does not exist (for example hello@companyname.com or would the email account have to be created for this to be able to send? We usually use marketing@companyname.com so was wondering about an alternative to improve open rates.

Hi Sarah,
Make sure marketing@companyname.com is a valid email address & account is created for that
You can select send email from generic email which needs to be the valid email address & has the account
