I want to auto populate first response time for cases. I created first response (date/time) field and responded to(checkbox) fields.
Note: This needs to be done on Flows only.

It would depend on the type of response back to the client, if this is a status change, you should be able to base it on the update of the status or comparable field and the flow -before update context on case itself. If you response it through a related object, or email message, you can also do custom fields to identify these interactions from others or use the from address.
