Non-Admin users are not able to view Identifiers and Person Names related list on the Person Account record type. The users have all the necessary objects permissions and when the user navigates to the page they got this error: "The related list is not part of the page layout" even though it already on the layout. Admin users are able to see the related list.

For this we need to enable system Permission- Manage Health cloud.
