Is that app expected to install with the b2bintegration user package? If not, can someone someone help provide a resource to do so?

I have had this happen to me before. You will need to go through the reinstall process that you have a resource for: https://quip.com/cdDwAk2SSwfy then you can go to this link to install the most recent app version: https://pardot-appexchange.herokuapp.com/ It's always good to give the app 15 minutes after installing it to show up Hope this helps!
