how do I give a user access to Smartysheets?
I have a user that is getting an error that says they don't have access to Smarytsheets when they try to verify an address. I don't know anything about Smartysheets. I don't see an object to give access to their profile. I don't see an installed package named Smartysheets.
Not sure what to do here.
