Has anyone found an app that offers mobile bidding (for live or silent auctions) that directly integrates with Salesforce? I'm a fan of Auctions for Salesforce but I don't believe it offers an option for mobile bidding, which is how many organizations now want to run their auctions. I'm also looking for an integrated solution that offers online / SMS pledging (not text to give, just text to pledge). Any experiences folks have had with solutions that directly tie into Salesforce (rather than having to manually export data from one platform and import to Salesforce) would be welcome. Thanks!!

Might be too late for your needs, but just came across this and thought I'd share my experiences with those apps:

    • ClickBid - importing contacts from Salesforce into ClickBid at the beginning of things didn't work out (it may have been what the organization signed up for, but we were limited to 2,500 people in ClickBid), so we didn't have contact ID's to use for matching when syncing data at the end. It also was a bit weird in that ticket purchasers and guests are treated as different records from bidders. When it came to syncing auction data, if you want tickets, purchases, and donations each coming in as a different record type, the export process at the end seemed like it would be time consuming (selecting one record type, then finding/syncing the applicable records). We ultimately decided to import auction data manually after the event, since that gave us the most control over how it went into Salesforce and reduced the likelihood of duplicates to clean up. We are trying again this year - using C&P for ticket sales, and just using ClickBid for the auction.
    • Qgiv - when I worked with Qgiv in 2020, you could only select one record type for all purchases. This required going back through the data that synced to Salesforce and updating record types to reflect purchases vs donations vs tickets.
    • OneCause - the integration/interface is pretty nice, but again, we opted to prep the data in spreadsheets and import it into Salesforce
    • HandBid - this one I didn't work with and you didn't list, but I did sit in on a brief demo of the integration. If I recall correctly, they leveraged Zapier (or some other middleware) for this, and we decided to import the data after the event.

I think a lot of this boils down to my personality - I'm a spreadsheet whisperer of sorts and I like to have a lot of control over how data goes into Salesforce. Most of these don't quite give that level of control that I want. I'm pretty sure how Click&Pledge integrates with Salesforce has spoiled me into thinking all integrations should give me lots of control over those details :)
