With our Lightning for Outlook (LFO), my team creates Activities in Salesforce. However, LFO removes all carriage returns where it logs the body of the email in the Comments field. It's amazingly difficult to read email threads without extra line breaks. Is there something I'm missing here, or should this be a new Idea on the Hub? Thanks all!

Thanks @Shakti Singh. I recall there was a limitation on reporting and/or the EmailMessage records were archived too quickly for us (~10years). I cannot find any info on this now - perhaps this has changed?
