In many cases, an important telephone call will also mean that something has to be done, a task. This means that an SF user must first register a 'Log a Call', and then create a separate task if necessary. Is there a possibility that a task can be created within the framework of a 'Log a Call'? In other words, that this happens in 1 activity, and not in 2?

Hey Alexander, if I'm following correctly, are you trying to provide an enhanced experience that will let users create a task and then create a follow-up activity if necessary? If so, you could definitely do something like this with a Lightning Flow. You could have a screen where a user enters the Log a Call information, and then there could be a prompt asking if they wish to create a follow-up task. If they select Yes, a new screen or set of fields could appear for the follow-up task information. If they select No, the flow could end and just create the completed call.
