In our Org Leads are created via imported data, not via the Sales Reps. When we import data we only have the Company Name. We copy the Company Name also in the Contact Last Name field, otherwise our List Views would show Leads without a Name (as the Lead Name = Name Contact)
Once our Sales Rep have filled in the Contact fields, the Name of that Lead changes automatically into the name of the Contact person. This is something our Sales Reps don't like.
For them the Lead Name should always be equal to the Company Name.
Can this be changed? If so, how?
