I am getting the “Can’t find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction” error message. I have followed the steps multiple times and even created a new playground and started from zero but I still getting the same error.

I was able to complete the challenge. Product and Case Reason were missing from my Page Layout. I added them and successfully compleated the assessment.
