How can I have a user who can only modify knowledge articles but not create them?
If I enable the Knowledge User flag, he/she can modify articles but also create them.
If I disable the Knowledge User flag, he/she can only read them.
What can I do?

Once I have created the correct profiles, should I check the Knowledge User flag too?
