There is a custom field in Pardot and same custom field is there in Lead and Contact object in SF. When this custom field gets updated in Lead object, it's being synced back with Pardot (sync behaviour is use most recently updated). However, when the Lead is converted to a Contact and then it's being updated, it doesn't get updated in Pardot and vice versa (i.e. if it's being updated in Pardot, it doesn't gets synced with Contact).

Thats odd, may be down to connectivity from intergation user and or the settings on sync have been changed.
