List should remove both lead or contact if opportunity become closed won/lost and lead status is converted

First thing you need to understand about prospect relationship to opportunity is they must be a contact role on the opportunity, or nothimg works. Since a contact role is not required on an opportunity this is often where strategies like this fail. Second, because of the first requirement, the prospect will be a contact by default, so there is no need to filter if they are a lead or contact. The third thing is that the association with opportunites has no time limit and no record limits, so it applies to any opportunity that exists at any time, meaning if there are old "dead" but still open opportunities in your org, that can mess things up. So, with those three things in mind, what you would do is create your list to filter Prospect Opportunity | Related with Properties to Opportunity, and add two conditions (Match any) for Prospect Opportunity Default field |Stage | (Is or Isn't, depending on if you want to include or exclude) and then Closed Won and Closed Lost. Make sure you match the spelling because it's not a dropdown. You also might want to add a condition for opened less than X days ago if you want to exclude old opportunities. Note again that you might have to test and fiddle with the rules if you have people with multiple opportunities against their name and some are open and some are closed.
