I have a requirement in which I have to create more than 100 custom objects, But I don't know what will the effect of performance in my org? And it is good or not to create more than 100 custom objects? I have enterprise edition org.

It depends on how you use those objects or maintain them. It can be a massive issue in the future, and you can introduce a lot of tech debt.
