Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has experience or suggestions for incrementing a Pardot lead score when a Salesforce campaign status is updated.
For context: we have Salesforce & Pardot connected campaigns enabled and have a variety of Salesforce campaigns that use specific campaign statuses. I'd like to have an automation rule or process built to address prospects that are added as a specific "Replied" campaign status. We are manually updating these users currently within Salesforce and would love to have Pardot lead scores reflect this change so that we can identify these as an MQL to be handed off to the sales team.
The "Replied" campaign status reflects an email reply, so is not something that Pardot appears to be able to track on its end. Salesforce cannot update the lead score on its side (we tried and Pardot scores overwrite it), so I'm wondering if we can trigger this update within Pardot somehow or if there's something that I'm missing.
My preference would be to avoid having to create an automation rule checking for this specific campaign status for every campaign that we run due to the number of rules and maintenance this would involve.

I'd suggest testing this in a controlled way at first before rolling out this for every Prospect as otherwise you could break the scores.
It would be useful to take a Contact and Lead backup prior too just in case!
