Our Pardot and Salesfoce connected, user sync is turned on. One our newest users has all permisions and admin set as required but is not able to see and new folders lor assests.
Pardot support is unable to see what is casusing this. Has anyone else seen this issue?

We have zero folder shares setup, the marketing team is small so it was not a business requirement to hid things. Which brings me to another question; what if a folder has no persimissions set? None of our folders have a lock icon.
Additionaly, this is the only admin user having this difficutly.
