I have successfully load the dream house package in my playground but still trailhead is not able identifying Broker custom object , Kindly help me to pass this challenge

Did you do the following?
Import DreamHouse Data
- Click , type Dream in the Search box, and then select the DreamHouse app.
- Click the Data Import tab. (If you don’t see the Data Import tab, expand the More list.)
- Click Initialize Sample Data.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
- Click the Properties tab, and familiarize yourself with the sample data.
