How can we best track the metrics for a virtual event? We'd like to map sent, opened, clicked, registered, and attended. I know most of these can be accomplished with campaign member statuses, but it seems like it would require two different campaigns or more so we don't 1) write over older member statuses or perhaps more importantly 2) there is limited customization with the Zoom configuration in SF. 

 

Do you suggest another way to track these metrics for our events outside of campaign member statuses?

    Hi Rachel, 

     

    Could you elaborate more on your concern of overwriting older member statuses. Typically, the member status is meant to follow a timeline essentially of how someone progress through a particular campaign, but if you need to see the history of how they progressed there should be some mechanisms you can do such as using field history tracking or potentially stamping key milestones on their record through flow automation.
