Hi All 

 

I'm struggling with the Import data wizard.   I've followed the prompts and get the below error:  " The 'Lead' records from the CSV were not found. Please check the instructions"   I've noticed that I only have one field available to map, could this be the issue?

    Hi Xanthe,

     

    Yes, that's the issue.

    It's usually due to your csv format. I see you're in SA, so it may be different to the "standard" English one where the separator is a comma. I know in continental Europe, they have the same issue since the csv separator is a semi-colon.

    Have a look at this article to change the delimiter if you're using Excel:

    You can also open the fiel in Notepad (on a PC) and replace semi-colons with commas, save as csv (do not open the file) and try to upload again
