I have created a page action with a wildcard like this: www.client.com/job/*
Can you confirm if each visit on a web page beginning with this wildcard will increment the field? Or does it work only once?

It will, but I believe there is a 24 hour throttling period for the adjust score action. But since this is a custom field, it should fire every time.
