I'm an admin so I don't have much experience with Pardot. We use Person accounts, and we want to send out invoices to organizations that have a balance due at the end of every month. Invoices are to be send to accounts/contacts where the field Account Record Type = Organization.
However, records with this Account Record Type = Organization are not showing in the automation that our Pardot specialist created.
We contacted Pardot support and they said that this type of records (i.e., Account Record Type = Organization) won't sync with Pardot. (Also, I noticed that these records don't have the Pardot URL field populated. It's a known limitation.)
Is this true?
