I know this Pardot feature of auto-filling location was temporarily suspended in Dec 2020, is there any other way to get the location?

I think they suspended this feature from dec 2020 may be due to CCPA or other CAN SPAM policy stuff
As a workaround, you have to keep state & country picklist as a required field on forms
