Hey all, I am trying to figure out a way to show a report where the lead status moves from one specific value to the other. So example Called -> Demo. I know in the opportunity, there is a way to show when a value goes from to the other such as the stage.
Is there a way to do this with the lead? Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Please follow the below steps:
1.) Customize - Leads - Fields. Click 'Set History Tracking.' Check 'Enable Lead History.' Selct the fields that you want to track. Click Save.(In Your case it is Lead status)
2.) Generate a report for this by going to Reports - Lead Reports, and select 'Lead History Report.'
3.) Create a filter for 'Field/Event' that cotains or equals what you want to track.
For example if you want to track lead status change - 'Field/Event' equals 'Lead Status'
4.) Group the report by 'Field/Event'
