Hi,

 

we recently got Appointment Assistant in our SF org.

Everything is working fine for single resources.

I noticed that when we a crew is assigned to a service appointment, and that the crew leader(one of the assigned resource with Appointment Assistant license) update the status to On Route, the portal link is generated, but the technician section is off, and mention undefined. Please check the image attachment

 

I feel I tested that before(in the previous release), and the portal link was populated on the assigned resource crew member, and not the crew assigned resource, and the result was fine.

 

The crew member is configured as leader. I don't see any configuration related to that. 

 

Is it a configuration issue, or bug from Salesforce Appointment Assistant package?

    So I'm having trouble just getting Appointment Assistant to delivery the message from my side, so I'm hoping someone else has experienced this and may have some insight here.
