I have a mobile phone filed set up with deterministic - Case Insensitive encryption. I want to create a report which can filter on an empty mobile phone filed. I have tried equals NULL or a blank space but nothing works. Looking for the groups help.

Ah, I misunderstood sorry.
For a report filter I think you can just leave the filter value box completely empty to return records with null value.
