I have created a Number of Data Categories and Topics that have the identical name as the Data Categories. I also automated Topic Assignment so that whenever a Data Category is added to a Knowledge Article, a topic of that same name is added to the Knowledge Article as well.
We need to insert (Data Load) Knowledge Articles into our Org.
Is there a way I can enter the Data Categories (assigned to each Knowledge Article) into the CSV Upload file? So that as I Data Load into Salesforce, the Automatic Topic Assignment also happens so that the newly added Articles get the same Topics as the Data Categories?
